So I'm about to give Northern Fury a playthrough after taking a break for a long long time. Is it fully updated in the Community Scenario Pack? Or should I be downloading it from somewhere else?

The files in the scenario pack are up to date. I am, from time to time updating individual scenarios based on AAR feedback and those will go into the thread for completed scenarios. I think the last one I updated was Baltic Fury #1.

The scenario list is located here http://northernfury.us/aar/ and you can check out AARs by following the links in the side menu.

So far we have:
Northern Fury: 45 of 57 or 58 completed
Baltic Fury: 5 of 5 complete
Caribbean Fury: 5 of 5 complete
Indian Ocean Fury: 8 of 10 complete and the last two will not be completed until the very end
Mediterranean Fury: 7 of 10 complete. The last couple may still not be in the CP but are in the thread above
Pacific Fury: 6 of 15 complete

I am away with work for a few months so updates and new scenarios are on hold, but if you put an AAR into the forum (or anywhere and let me know where) I will address any issues you may find and do an fix when I can. Or DM me if you wish with fixes needed. I have not done any updating to address the new features or changes in the game engine. My priority is to complete the series, with ~ 26/27 left to do, that will take a while, but with 76 of them done there are enough to keep you busy for a while. Also any AARs will get uploaded to my site so they are all collected in one place (unless you tell me otherwise).
