Broadly speaking, if CMO starts and you can load a scenario, nothing is bad. Most of the benchmarks you see here are for high-end CPUs so comparatively, your 2600 looks weaker. But that's only relative. It really depends on what you are doing with it. Very large scenarios might be slow, but you should be able to play most with no issues.

I forgot about this thread. I'll run a comparison using the legacy 32 bit and new 64 bit next week.
