Would you recommend that player resubmit requests that are more than X number of months old in the old system? In other words, how should we handle old requests in the old system that are either unaddressed or we are uncertain if they have been addressed?

The old system had become such a mess that request age wasn't really a contributing factor. We did a big, big sweep a couple weeks ago and I was knocking out ten-year-old issues alongside week-old requests. So, I don't want to say "resubmit after X months"...

When in doubt, I'd say resubmit. It's going to be handled much more quickly/transparently on the new tracker. Worst case scenario I quick-close it with a comment that says "Hey, we already handled this." That's still a win in my book!

If you have a bug ID# in the old system is there a way for us to check its status to see if it need to be resubmitted etc?

Hi, HJ-8E (ATGM Team - China) in the cargo list is not Paradrop capable. I think it should be. Similar MILAN 2T ATGM team for instance are droppable.
Thank you.

You don't make requests here, you make them on the new DB tracker: https://github.com/PygmalionOfCyprus/cmo-db-requests
